Jonathan's Brave Faith

Review:

In the previous chapters, Saul was chosen to be king, but he had disobeyed God's commands. The Philistines were a major enemy of Israel, and their army was gathered in force. Saul's army was small and fearful. In this chapter, Saul's son Jonathan, along with his armor-bearer, takes a courageous step of faith without Saul's knowledge.
